A Jefferson City man is in big trouble with the law. Capital City police say 23-year-old Danial Lowe began shooting at a car load of people yesterday afternoon. Lowe was apparently upset about a cell phone sale. He then took off in his car. Police caught up with in the 600  block of East McCarty. When officers searched Lowe’s house, they found several guns, crack cocaine, marijuana, scales and packing material.
