MAMTEK CEO IS BACK IN COURT

It appears the man who tried to defraud the state and the city of Moberly out of millions of dollars by promising to build a manufacturing facility in Moberly is ready to end his fight against the numerous charges against him. Bruce Cole will appear at a plea hearing this afternoon. He’s charged with one count of theft and four counts of securities fraud. A trial in his case had been set for September.
