meet the new boss

Parent teachers and members of the community had a chance to meet Jefferson City’s new school superintendent last night. Larry Linthacum met several dozen people at a reception at the Performing Arts Center. Linthacum who taught and coached football for the 1995-96 school year in Jefferson City is returning to the district as Superintendent this coming summer. He’s currently the superintendent in the Maryville School district. Linthacum will replace the retiring Brian Mitchell on July 1.
