A Moberly man is accused of inappropriately touching a six-year-old girl. Felony charges came down Monday against Blake Varner. Varner, 19, was apparently dating the girl’s mother when he was picked up Sunday at a home on Kehoe Avenue. He’s now in jail, charged with felony statutory sodomy and child molestation.
