A Columbia man is now accused of dealing marijuana. Police say they seized 22 pounds of high-grade weed and some cash on Tuesday, while investigating a suspicious package sent to a Boonville address. Kelvon Dow, 38, is now looking at several drug charges. Authorities say to expect more arrests.
