Jefferson City Police have arrested a wanted man. Maurice Rollins, 31, allegedly ran from officers Tuesday after they attempted to stop him near Ellis Boulevard around 2 p.m. Police say that when they caught Rollins, they found narcotics and a handgun magazine.
