Jason Aldean, Luke Combs and Lauren Alaina aren’t just playing stadiums — they’re playing softball, too

ABC/Mark LevineIt was only a couple of weekends ago that Jason AldeanLuke Combs and Lauren Alaina played a sold-out show at the Atlanta Braves’ new stadium. And while that may be the High Noon Neon Tour’s biggest brush with Major League Baseball this summer, it turns out the three tourmates are in the habit of running the bases in their spare time.

“We go play softball every Friday,” Luke reveals, “which is always fun. It’s kind of a nice tour-bonding activity, I guess you could say.”

Jason, Luke and Lauren don’t compete against each other, however. They pick a group of locals to join in the fun.

“We’ll play against, like, local fire departments or police stations or venue staff,” Luke explains. “We win most of the time, but we’ve got a couple of L’s in there too.”

The next High Noon Neon match-up should take place August 10 in Darien Center, New York, before the tour plays New York City’s Madison Square Garden that Saturday.
