Luke Bryan and his fellow "American Idol" judges exchange "crappy" Secret Santa gifts

ABC/Craig SjodinAfter sharing a judges’ table on American Idol, Luke Bryan, Katy Perry, and Lionel Richie have gotten to know each other pretty well. So well, in fact, that they decided to do a little Secret Santa gift exchange this year…with hilarious results.

In a video of the gift exchange posted on American Idol’s socials, Katy is the first one to bestow her present. She got Luke as her “giftee” and she jokes that it wasn’t easy to shop for him because, she says, “Your personality is kinda bland and you don’t have any hobbies.”

Luke unwraps the gift to reveal a game of…Toilet Fishing.

“It’s basically, like, the two things that epitomize you the most,” Katy tells him. “Fishing and toilet jokes.”

She’s right about the toilet jokes: Luke’s Secret Santa gift to Lionel is a poop emoji toilet plunger and bathroom air freshener.

Katy ends up with the best gift of the three: a snack tower from Lionel filled with all her favorite sweet and savory snacks.

She jokes, “After having all this, I might need both of your Secret Santa gifts!”
