Jefferson City investigators have made progress when comes to November’s homicide of 19-year-old Nilez Nichols during an apparent drug deal gone bad. A 15-year-old is the second arrest, charged Thursday with second degree accessory to murder and burglary. Semaj Harris, 20, was charged this week with second degree murder and first degree burglary.
