Jason Aldean on Tuesday celebrated his latest #1, “Drowns the Whiskey,” at a party in the TRUE Music Room and Bar at the Cambria Nashville Downtown hotel.

With everything that’s going on in his life these days, the three-time ACM Entertainer of the Year admitted he was ready for a drink: He’s busy building a new house, and his wife Brittany is expecting their second baby.

“Dude, you don’t even know the half of what’s going on right now,” Jason laughed as he talked to reporters before the gathering. “Because we’ve been trying to sell our house and literally just sold it Sunday.”

“I got ten days to get out and move into a new house that I don’t have, so it’s been crazy,” he explained. “Plus, my wife is about to pop any second. So it’s pretty crazy right now, I’ve got to say. I’m glad all this happened at least after Christmas.”

Jason and Brittany’s baby — a daughter they plan to name Navy Rome — is due in February. She joins older brother Memphis, who turned one in December, and Jason’s daughters from his previous marriage, Kendyl and Keeley, who are 11 and 15, respectively.

Since Brittany is a die-hard Alabama Crimson Tide fan, Jason joked the team’s loss to Clemson Monday in the College Football Playoff National Championship certainly didn’t help things.

“My wife almost went into early labor when Alabama lost,” he kidded. “I know you guys from Alabama, y’all don’t know what it’s like to lose. Just get over it, all right?”

“Spoiled. You guys are spoiled. Good lord!” the Georgia Bulldogs supporter added.

Earlier this week, Jason enjoyed his last night of bowling in his private alley, at least for now. He plans to build Night Train Laynes 2.0 in his new house.
