ABC/Image Group LAMidland’s currently hard at work putting the final touches on their sophomore album.
“It’s coming. Finishing in the studio this week,” the trio tweeted in response to a fan who said he’s hoping for a new record in 2019. While we don’t know exactly when new music from Midland will arrive, we do know it’s on their record label’s schedule for this year.
Meanwhile, Mark Wystrach, Cameron Duddy, and Jess Carson are currently in country’s top ten with “Burn Out,” the third single from their debut, On the Rocks.
In the coming weeks, Midland will continue playing dates on their headlining Electric Rodeo Tour, which is scheduled through May, but starting next month, they’ll also join Little Big Town and Ashley McBryde on the Canadian leg of The Breakers trek.
