Most People Are Good: Luke and Caroline Bryan adopt an aging rescue dog

ABC/Image Group LA There’s a new rescue dog living on Luke Bryan’s Middle Tennessee farm, with a backstory that’ll tug at your heartstrings.

Eighteen-year-old Poochie was dropped off at the pound when his family became allergic to him. When Proverbs 12:10 Animal Rescue found out about him, they took him from the pound and placed him in “forever hospice care” because of his age.

But when Luke and his wife Caroline saw a post about Poochie on the rescue’s socials, that all changed. The Bryans applied to adopt Poochie and took him home this past Saturday.

You can check out photos of Caroline and Poochie, as well as some snapshots of him enjoying his new home, on Proverbs’ socials.
