People predicts Chris Stapleton and Kacey Musgraves will be among the big winners at Sunday’s 61st Annual Grammy Awards in Los Angeles.
Chris is likely to go home with the Best Country Solo Performance trophy for “Millionaire,” according to People, thanks to the, “love song [that] showcases the country rocker’s smoky voice.” It also doesn’t hurt Stapleton’s odds that he’s picked up five Grammys over the past three years.
When it comes to the all-genre Album of the Year, People says Kacey, “should be a lock for her genre-defying masterpiece” Golden Hour, in which she “augmented her Texas twang with space age synthesizers and even a disco beat.”
We’ll find out who wins Sunday starting at 8 p.m. ET on CBS, as the 2019 Grammys are handed out live from the Staples Center in L.A.
