Warner NashvilleBlake Shelton is expanding his bar and restaurant in his Oklahoma hometown.
The new addition to Ole Red Tishomingo is a music hall and events venue called The Dog House. It’ll host a weekly series of shows, including Thursday night jams, Friday night concerts, and a Saturday night dance party.
Luke Bryan will play the first concert at The Dog House at Ole Red Tishomingo on May 23, with Blake himself following on May 24.
“It’s unreal to me that a spot like The Doghouse exists in Tishomingo,” Blake reflects. “Growing up, if I wasn’t outdoors hunting or fishing, I was looking for a stage to play music.”
“The Doghouse is going to be the best place to see all the great talent that exists in this part of the country,” he adds. “I’m excited to get the party started with my friend Luke and support a cause that’s so close to my heart.”
Proceeds from the first two shows will go to the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Foundation.
Tickets for Luke’s concert go on sale this Thursday, with Blake’s becoming available on Friday.
