ABC/Eric McCandlessSunday night, we’ll find out which of the remaining three contestants on American Idol — Laine Hardy, Alejandro Aranda and Madison VanDenburg — will be crowned this year’s winner. But what if your favorite doesn’t win? Or worse, what if your favorite was eliminated a few weeks ago? Well, now you’ve got a chance to help them out.
For the second year in a row, Live with Kelly & Ryan is bringing you Live’s American Idol Encore, which lets fans give their favorite eliminated Top 10 Idol contestant another crack at national TV.
All you have to do is vote in the talk show’s online poll starting Monday, May 20, the day after the Idol finale. After the poll closes, the winning contestant will come to New York City to appear on Live with Kelly and Ryan on May 23.

Once the winner is announced, the nine remaining contestants will be eligible to be brought back for their encore. The polling link will go live on May 20.
