The Highway Patrol reports a deadly tractor accident in St. Thomas. Troopers say it happened on Lower Bottom Road at about 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Cole County town south of Jefferson City. 83-year-old Robert Luebbering went off the road, hit a tree, and flipped the tractor.
