Winter weather returns to mid-Missouri. We’ve already received about an inch of snow. The National Weather Service says precipitation should be mostly rain or drizzle during the daytime hours Thursday, then switching to snow in the evening. Authorities are urging drivers to be aware of slick road conditions.
