Jefferson City Police say a motorcyclist injured in Thursday afternoon’s collision at Country Club drive and Rainbow suffered moderate injuries.
Police say the incident happened when a Jeep driven by 52-year-old Tina Koeing of Jefferson City turned left towards Rainbow drive and crossed the westbound lanes in front of the motorcycle.
Police say motorcyclist Robby Calton struck the passenger side rear of the Jeep. The 41-year-old Calton was transported by ambulance to University Hospital in Columbia for moderate injuries. Koeing was not injured, according to the police report.
