Songwriter-Musician Bobby Emmons Dies at Age 72

Bobby Emmons, a legendary session musician whose songwriting credits include Waylon Jennings’ “Luckenbach, Texas,” died Monday night (Feb. 23) at a Nashville hospital, according to The Commercial Appeal newspaper in Memphis.
