Some changes are coming to a Rolla rock quarry popular with swimmers…after the death of a six year old Fenton boy last Friday. The owners of the private swimming area called Fugitive Beach are now requiring children 10 and younger to wear life jackets. Noah Cook was not wearing a flotation device when he drowned during a family outing.
