“I am honored to be able to represent my brothers and sisters in arms by singing ‘God Bless America’ at the World Series,” said Angie. “It’s a privilege and not something I take lightly.”

Earlier this year, Angie was invited by the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History to lend her voice in celebrating the 200th anniversary of the national anthem and the flag that inspired it. She supported the celebration by recording her own unique rendition of the anthem, where it is now featured at anthemforamerica.si.edu.
