ALERT ISSUED FOR MISSING JEFFERSON CITY TODDLER

An Endangered Person Advisory is issued for a 2 – year old Jefferson City child.

23-month-old Jack Randolph went missing from a home in The 11-hundred block of West Main yesterday.

The child may be with his father, 36-year-old Kerry Randolph. Police say Randolph texted the child’s mother and asked if he and a friend could take the child to Atlanta, Georgia. Kerry
Randolph may have been under the influence of alcohol and has mental issues. He may be with a friend .. 26-year-old Lucas Diehl.

The pair may be in a White 1996 Cadillac El Dorado with a Missouri license – W B 7 X 6 A.
