one man survives driving into lake

The Highway Patrol says a Springfield man apparently rode his SUV off the Grand Glaize Bridge and into the Lake of the Ozarks Saturday. The SUV hopped the guardrail of the bridge, rolled down the embankment and went into the water. Rescuers found the man a short time later with serious injuries. He was airlifted to University Hospital.
