Missouri towns clean up from tornadoes

Cleanup continues in two Missouri towns, after a pair of confirmed tornadoes.

The first and biggest one hit Saturday night just a few miles east of Kansas City, in the small Ray County town of Orrick. The EF2 twister ripped up trees and yanked the roofs off some buildings, but no one was hurt. Orrick High School is moving this weekend’s graduation ceremonies to nearby Excelsior Springs.

A second tornado took down trees and power lines near Marshall. Again, no one was hurt. On Sunday, Governor Nixon declared a state of emergency in both communities.
