Jefferson City State Rep Jay Barnes says there’s an important search and seizure issue on an upcoming ballot … Barnes says there are already two cases looking at those 4^th Amendment protections before the U-S Supreme Court. He says the issue would include smart phones and  computers as part of those search and seizure protections.
