columbia man busted with kiddie porn

A Columbia man is behind bars for allegedly having hundreds of child pornography images. The Boone County Cyber Crimes Task Force arrested 29-year-old Tyler Creath Tuesday after an investigation that started last month. The St. Charles Cymber Crimes unit alerted officials that they had downloaded suspect images from a Columbia Computer in June.

A search of electronics in Creath’s home found pictures showing molestation of children as young as infants and toddlers.

Creath is in the Boone County Jail facing a $100,000 cash only bond.
