Public Works crews and Union Pacific have shut down West McCarty from Bolivar to the tri-level interchange. Part of Bolivar Street is closed as well.

A Union Pacific crossing is falling apart and is being replaced. The rubberized crossing and pre-assembled track sections and ties are being installed. The half – (m) million dollar work should be done by next Monday.
