Should county zoning be adopted in Cole County? It’s a simple question on tomorrow’s ballot, and to opponents like Vic Rackers, it’s simple to explain.

Rackers and other opponents were at the Cole County Fair last week.  Meanwhile supporters of zoning have the backing of the County Commission as well as several business and real estate groups.  They say the issue is about protecting property values.
