fulton man runs from police with a car full of kids

A Fulton man faces several charges…after he led police on a chase Sunday. Christopher Mosher took off from police when they tried to stop him for a traffic offense. When police finally got Mosher stopped, they found three children in the car. Mosher was driving on a revoked license.
