convicted jcmo killer has a date with the mo supreme court

A Jefferson City man facing the death penalty for killing his ex girlfriend will have his case heard by the Missouri Supreme Court. Oral arguments are scheduled for October second in the appeal of David Hosier’s murder conviction. Hosier was given the death penalty for the 2009 killing of Angela Gilpin. Police say Hosier also killed Gilpin’s husband Rodney in their Jefferson City apartment.
