a ‘bum rush’ for the ol’ royals

Cinderella was not wearing Royal Blue last night. The Kansas City Royals dream season ended last night at Kauffman Stadium with a Salvador Perez pop foul to third…with the tying run 90-feet away in the San Francisco Giants’ 3-2 series clinching win in  game seven of the World Series. The Giants took the lead in the fourth inning on a soft single to right by designated hitter Michael Morse. Series MVP Madison Bumgarner entered in the fith and pitched the rest of the way.
