jc schools out of control?

Is a Jefferson City elementary school out of control? About 50 parents of children at Moreau Heights Elementary school say teachers at the school are bitten and kicked on a daily basis, students are hurt in fights…and teachers are not backed up by the administration. The charges were levelled at a school board meeting Monday night where a large crowd called for new leadership in the district.
