mid-mo woman gets 5 – years in fatal crash

A Columbia woman has been sentenced to five years in prison for causing a fatal car crash by driving the wrong way on I-70 in Montgomery County. Kelly Smith was convicted on involuntary manslaughter charges in December. Smith claims she was given a date rape drug and sexually assaulted before getting into her car.
