A robbery turns into a murder.. Police in the Capital City have arrested three men for the Sunday afternoon death of 52 – year old Johnny Evans.

Robert Burks and Vincent Smith face first degree robbery and armed criminal action charges…while Burks, Smith and 17 year old Charles Thompson are charged with second degree murder and first degree burglary.

Smith allegedly i-d’ed Thompson as the trigger man who started firing before Smith could rob Evans. Burks stayed outside and drove the getaway car.
