A Jefferson City man is accused of stealing packages from apartments at Mizzou. Campus police arrested Benjamin Hulen at 1:45 a.m. Friday. He’s the suspect in eight package theft investigations at the Tara Apartment Complex on Ashland Road. Hulen, 20, is not a Mizzou student, according to MUPD.
