A teen victim is recovering from a gunshot wound in Jefferson City. Officers say a speeding car left the Center Street and East High area right after some shots at about 9:00 p.m. Wednesday. The 19-year-old victim showed up at Capital Region’s emergency room. Detectives said the victim was not cooperating with them.
