A Columbia man now faces charges, accused of having child pornography. The Boone County Sheriff Department’s Cyber Crimes Task Force found through an investigation that 48-year-old David Elliott had the images on a computer. He was arrested with a bond set at $4,500. Deputies say the investigation in ongoing.
