Broken BowJason Aldean‘s currently spending his second week at #1 with “You Make It Easy” — and the song has just become the first country single of 2018 to be certified gold.
But the news about his follow-up single is even more exciting than that: it’ll be his Rearview Town duet with Miranda Lambert, “Drowns the Whiskey.”
Even though the chart-topping album’s only been out less than a month, Jason says the hardcore country heartbreak tune is already an early favorite.
“The way fans and radio have responded to this record has been really cool for me,” the three-time ACM Entertainer of the Year says. “‘Whiskey’ has always been a favorite of mine, but when Miranda came in and knocked out her parts in only a couple takes, I knew it was special.”
