Two people are arrested during a Fulton drug raid. Jeffrey Manion, 47, of Fulton and Alisha Schnell, 30, of Holts Summit were cuffed Wednesday morning on felony charges. Investigators say they searched a home on Dunham Drive and found meth, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, guns, cash and a stolen ATV.
