ABC/Image Group LA Rascal Flatts gave a group of up-and-coming musicians a night they’ll never forget earlier this month during the Charlotte, North Carolina stop of their Back to Us Tour.
Gary LeVox, Joe Don Rooney and Jay DeMarcus invited a group of music students from School of Rock in Cornelius, North Carolina to spend the day with them, hang out backstage and rehearse with the band.
Once the trio finished that night’s show, they invited the kids onstage to perform “Life Is a Highway” with them as the encore. You can check out the performance in a new video just posted on YouTube.
This week, Rascal Flatts and tour mates Dan + Shay and Carly Pearce play Virginia Beach, Virginia; Holmdel, New Jersey; and Bristow, Virginia.
