A pedestrian is hit by a car and killed on Highway 63. The Highway Patrol says 39-year-old John Redelfs of Moberly was in the driving lane of the highway when he was hit at 5:45 p.m. Thursday two miles south of his hometown. Online records do not show any criminal charges for the driver.
