ABC/Randy HolmesJennifer Nettles is set to sing the national anthem at Saturday’s Kentucky Derby in Louisville.
You’ll be able to watch Jennifer’s performance just after 5 p.m. ET on NBC, as she performs “The Star Spangled Banner” in front of 160,000 fans at Churchill Downs before the 145th Derby.
She’ll attend the Barnstable Brown Derby Eve Gala during the weekend as well.
The Sugarland singer is only the eleventh artist to sing the anthem since the beginning of the tradition in 2009. Lady Antebellum, Martina McBride, Rascal Flatts, and Lee Ann Rimes have done it as well.
