Spike strips are needed to end a patrol chase on I-70 west of Columbia Tuesday afternoon. ABC17 News reports a man is in custody as a result of the chase that started in Cooper County and ended about 25 miles later near the Rocheport exit on I-70 eastbound. No names have been released yet.
