Harrisburg man accused in deadly Columbia hit and run

A Harrisburg man is accused of a deadly hit-and-run in Columbia over the weekend. Charles Waddill, 49, was arrested Monday on a charge of Leaving the Scene of an Accident-Resulting in Death Investigators say he hit 51-year-old pedestrian Timothy Wilson early Saturday morning on Rangeline near I-70 then drove off.
