This week’s Athlete of the Week is Thomas Pittman, Junior Running Back and Defensive Back for the Fulton Hornets.
Thomas had a stellar game on both sides of the ball, rushing for 131 yards on 15 carries and a touchdown. On defense, Pittman grabbed an interception and returned it 20 yards for a pick-six.
Even with his big performance, the Hornets fell 28–14 to Southern Boone, closing out their season. Pittman finishes the year leading Fulton in rushing with 804 yards and 10 total touchdowns with 8 on the ground.
