Randolph County school district closing due to rising flu cases

A mid-Missouri school district is temporarily closing due to too many students being out sick. ABC 17 reports the Northeast Randolph County school district in Cairo is closing its facilities until at least Monday. The superintendent says many students have the flu right now. State health officials say that flu infections and hospitalizations are way up from last year’s numbers.
