Columbia police have made an arrest over this week’s killing in a hotel parking lot. Kevin Lambert, 30, was arrested early Friday on charges of second degree murder and armed criminal action. Marceino Carlos Moore, 36, was shot to death in the parking lot of the Welcome Inn near Providence and I-70 late Monday.
