Two men are arrested on charges they set a car on fire in Fulton. Officers found the burning car at about 3 a.m. Sunday on Collier Lane. They arrested 20-year-olds Robert Burkle from Altoona, Iowa, and Dillon Howard from Wright City, on a couple felony charges.
