Record-setting rainfall hits mid-Missouri Tuesday

Record rain hit mid-Missouri on Tuesday. Columbia Regional Airport picked up 2.75″, beating the old record of nearly double the old record of 1.65″ on June 9, 2004. Several low-lying roads flooded because of the historic rain.
