Mexico authorities have made the first arrest tied to the deadly shooting of a teenager. Javone Hornbeak, 18, is accused of unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal action. Two teens were shot Wednesday night during a fight on Tyronn Lue Boulevard. Tornez Burton, 17, was killed. Another victim was shot in the leg.
